Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the Philippines.
• At least 1 year of clinical or company nurse experience.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential employee health information with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and emergency care to employees during accidents or sudden illnesses at the workplace.
• Assess and monitor employees’ health conditions and recommend further medical evaluation when necessary.
• Administer over-the-counter medications as prescribed in the company’s standing orders.
• Maintain and secure accurate medical records of all consultations, treatments, and referrals.
• Conduct health assessments, vital signs monitoring, and medical profiling of employees.
• Assist in pre-employment and annual medical examinations, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
• Monitor employees with medical conditions and provide health advice or workplace adjustments as needed.
• Maintain clinic supplies, medicines, and equipment, ensuring availability and proper inventory.
