Job summary

The role includes maintaining records and assisting with HR/admin tasks. Ideal candidates hold an active PRC license, preferably with 1 year of BPO or corporate experience, and can work flexible hours including potential night shifts.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with an active PRC license.
• Preferably 1 year of experience in a BPO or corporate setting.
• Basic knowledge of labor and safety regulations (DOLE/OSH) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and basic medical care to employees.
• Assess health concerns and refer to external providers when needed.
• Maintain medical records, logs, and incident reports.
• Collaborate with safety officers to monitor workplace health risks.
• Assist with HMO matters, insurance, and injury claims.
• Monitor health programs, exams, and vaccination drives.
• Conduct or assist with health assessments (pre-employment to return-to-work).
• Develop and deliver health education programs and wellness initiatives.
