Responsibilities
- Provide immediate first aid and emergency treatment for workplace injuries or illness.
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor their effects.
- Conduct health assessments and periodic checkups to monitor employee health.
- Develop and implement health education programs and wellness initiatives.
- Coordinate referrals to hospitals or external healthcare providers as needed.
- Maintain confidential medical records and ensure compliance with health regulations.
