Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Workplace Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in workplace support, admin operations, or related fields.
• Solid knowledge in budget management, procurement workflows, and vendor relationship management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel data processing and analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Adaptable to fast-paced environments and capable of multitasking.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the workplace support services budget.
• Oversee contracts with vendors and service providers.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third-party providers and vendors.
• Lead and coordinate workplace-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Prepare and present reports on workplace utilization and performance metrics.
• Act as the primary liaison with building management.
• Demonstrate process-driven and cost-effective execution of tasks.
• Provide logistical support for in-house events, including setup and post-event evaluation.
