Job summary

Xiaomi Philippines is seeking a results-driven professional to lead the Mobile Phone/PAD category, setting weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets and driving the lifecycle from launch to end-of-life. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to execute product plans and optimize performance in a competitive market.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills in English or Chinese, with at least 3 years of offline category operation experience in consumer electronics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in English or Chinese.
• At least 3 years of offline category operation experience in consumer electronics.
• Ability to monitor and analyze the mobile phone/PDA category data and propose optimization solutions based on the analysis results.
• Strong communication, cross-department collaboration, and ability to promote implementation of work.
• Clear logic, strong execution ability, and solid data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Target management: Set targets for the Mobile Phone/PAD category and follow up on achieving them weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
• Product management: Manage product life cycle and launch plans, collaborate with relevant departments for implementation and results of new products.
• Sales management: Ensure sales achievement for Mobile Phone/PAD categories and analyze sales reviews and category strategies.
• Market insight: Collect market/industry/competition data, perform product analysis and positioning, and develop hit plans and retail strategies.
