Workplace Coordinator role provides a broader scope of responsibilities that directly support workplace operations, employee experience, vendor management, and facilities service delivery.Job Description• Actively supports facility operations, preventive maintenance programs, health and safety compliance, space management, and service delivery performance.• Responsible for ensuring a positive, productive, and seamless workplace environment for employees, visitors, and stakeholders.• The role focuses on improving employee engagement through efficient management of workplace services, meeting spaces, events, and office amenities.• Consolidating administrative and workplace support responsibilities into a Workplace Coordinator role reduces operational gaps and provides a single point of coordination for workplace-related concerns.• The Workplace Coordinator can actively monitor workplace safety standards, emergency preparedness programs, regulatory compliance requirements, and business continuity initiatives.Primary contact for all office admin and facility related issues such as maintenance and cleaning, floor plans, security and building accessPurchase office materials (supplies, furniture, technical equipment etc.)Maintain inventories and follow up with vendorsInitiate and maintain relationships with various vendorsSupport the general administrative work where requiredWork with leadership team to support ad-hoc requests where requiredEnable the workplace in terms of office managementMonitor workplace activities and office accessConduct regular monitoring of inventory of supplies, consumables and company assetsCoordinate with building adminOffice procurement and purchasing activities (includes invoicing, managing expenses, handling petty cash fund)Supervising agency deployed personnel (housekeepers, drivers, liaison)Enable the workplace in terms of HSSEDevelop, implement, and promote occupational safety & health (OSH) programsExternal compliances – company business permits, regulatory, registration of resourcesCoordinate with TDSCoordinate company special events and programsSubmit reports for internal and external safety & health compliancesProvide support to service lines with LiaisingOther tasks to be assigned from time to time.INCO: “Cushman & Wakefield”
