Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Metro Manila (Taguig) is seeking a Workplace Coordinator to support facilities operations, vendor coordination, and employee services, replacing the Admin Executive role to better align with current business needs.

You will oversee space management, safety compliance, events, office procurement, and vendor relationships, delivering a productive, welcoming workplace for staff and visitors while coordinating with leadership on workplace programs and improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Actively supports facility operations, preventive maintenance programs, health and safety compliance, space management, and service delivery performance.
  • Responsible for ensuring a positive, productive, and seamless workplace environment for employees, visitors, and stakeholders.
  • The role focuses on improving employee engagement through efficient management of workplace services, meeting spaces, events, and office amenities.
  • Consolidating administrative and workplace support responsibilities into a Workplace Coordinator role reduces operational gaps and provides a single point of coordination for workplace-related concerns.
  • The Workplace Coordinator can actively monitor workplace safety standards, emergency preparedness programs, regulatory compliance requirements, and business continuity initiatives.
  • Primary contact for all office admin and facility related issues such as maintenance and cleaning, floor plans, security and building access
  • Purchase office materials (supplies, furniture, technical equipment etc.)
  • Maintain inventories and follow up with vendors
  • Initiate and maintain relationships with various vendors
  • Support the general administrative work where required
  • Work with leadership team to support ad-hoc requests where required
  • Enable the workplace in terms of office management
  • Monitor workplace activities and office access
  • Conduct regular monitoring of inventory of supplies, consumables and company assets
  • Coordinate with building admin
  • Office procurement and purchasing activities (includes invoicing, managing expenses, handling petty cash fund)
  • Supervising agency deployed personnel (housekeepers, drivers, liaison)
  • Enable the workplace in terms of HSSE
  • Develop, implement, and promote occupational safety & health (OSH) programs
  • External compliances - company business permits, regulatory, registration of resources
  • Coordinate with TDS
  • Coordinate company special events and programs
  • Submit reports for internal and external safety & health compliances
  • Provide support to service lines with Liaising
  • Other tasks to be assigned from time to time.
