Job summary

ContactPoint 360 is seeking a Workforce Reports Supervisor to oversee the preparation, analysis, and dissemination of workforce reports for senior management. The role requires strong analytical skills, WFM/reporting experience, and proficiency in Power BI and HR systems.

You will supervise data extraction from multiple sources, identify trends, and guide junior staff while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure reports meet requirements.

The Workforce Reports Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the preparation, analysis, and dissemination of various workforce reports to senior management and stakeholders. This critical role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and experience in WFM and HR reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and review the preparation of workforce reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, demographics) from multiple data sources
• Analyze report data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas requiring attention
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure reports meet their needs and requirements
• Develop and maintain relationships with HR systems administrators to ensure accurate data extraction and integration
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff on reporting processes and best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Power BI hands-on experience and other dashboarding platforms
• Experience with information management
• Analytical and research skills
• Experience with big data tools and relevant computer software
• at least 1 year of leading WFM / Reports teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
