WFM / MIS Lead – Forecasting, Scheduling & Capacity Planning
Are you passionate about turning data into business impact? We’re looking for a WFM/MIS Lead who can deliver accurate operational insights, and drive capacity planning, forecasting, and scheduling decisions through strong analytics and reporting.

What you’ll do (Key Responsibilities)
- Produce daily, month-end, and quarter-end reports and executive-ready PPTs
- Build and maintain headcount and capacity planners for assigned processes
- Develop forecasts for volume, productivity, shrinkage, and staffing needs
- Prepare monthly performance reports for individual accounts and stakeholders
- Validate production/non-production hiring and internal movements to ensure accuracy in headcount tracking
- Review scheduling outputs, identify gaps, and recommend adjustments to optimize utilization
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders on capacity planning and hiring requirements
- Create and enhance dashboards using Excel, VBA, and Power BI to highlight trends and opportunities
Job Qualifications
What we’re looking for (Qualifications & Skills)
Experience Requirement
- At least 3 years of experience in Workforce Management (WFM) or minimum 5 years in a Real-Time Analyst (RTA) role
Must-have skills
- Strong knowledge of Forecasting & Scheduling
- Strong analytical skills in MIS, reporting, and data validation
- Above-average to advanced Excel skills (pivoting, formulas, reporting automation); MS Office proficiency
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Strong communication and presentation skills—comfortable presenting insights to stakeholders
- People leadership skills: ability to coach, guide, and supervise team members
- Experience with WFM tools such as Verint, Genesys, or similar platforms
- Can work with minimal supervision, highly proactive, and solution-oriented
