ContactPoint 360 is seeking a Workforce Reports Supervisor to oversee the preparation, analysis, and dissemination of workforce reports for senior management. The role requires strong analytical skills, WFM/reporting experience, and proficiency in Power BI and HR systems.

You will supervise data extraction from multiple sources, identify trends, and guide junior staff while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure reports meet requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Experience leading WFM / Reports teams (1+ year).
• Proficiency with Power BI and dashboarding platforms.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and review the preparation of workforce reports from multiple data sources.
• Analyze report data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure reports meet needs and requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with HR systems administrators for accurate data extraction.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff on reporting processes and best practices.
