Job summary

The role requires 7+ years in workforce management and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with leadership in staffing operations, forecasting, and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 7+ years in workforce management, staffing operations, scheduling operations, healthcare operations, BPO, GBS, or shared services.
• Experience with workforce management, reporting, forecasting, scheduling, and data-analysis tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning, scheduling, forecasting, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Analyze staffing, capacity, productivity, and service-level data.
• Partner with operational leaders to align workforce strategies with business needs.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in workforce management, staffing operations, scheduling operations, healthcare operations, BPO, GBS, or shared services environments
• 7+ years of leadership or management experience overseeing operational teams
• Experience with workforce management, reporting, forecasting, scheduling, and data-analysis tools strongly preferred
