Macquarie Group is seeking a data analytics professional to join the Workforce Insights team in Manila. You will turn workforce data into actionable insights, build dashboards with Power BI and Amazon QuickSight, and partner with People and Culture to address business questions and strategic needs.

You will be responsible for helping the business make better workforce decisions through data and analytics by analysing and interpreting workforce data to answer business questions and provide insights that support both day‑to‑day operations and longer‑term strategic planning. You'll develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other data products using tools like Power BI and Amazon QuickSight, ensuring stakeholders have access to meaningful and actionable information.
Working closely with stakeholders across People and Culture and the broader business to understand their needs, you will translate those requirements into analytical solutions and identify workforce trends, challenges and opportunities. Additionally, you will work with multiple people and business data sources, preparing and modeling data, and presenting insights in a way that’s clear and relevant to audiences at different levels of the organisation. Beyond delivering reporting and analysis, you’ll also play a key role in continuously improving our reporting processes, data quality, and overall analytics capability.
