The job is based in Quezon City with a Return to Office setup, morning shift schedule, and responsibilities across data generation, validation, and proactive insight generation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience building/mobilizing reports in MS Excel.
• Experience with VBA and Macro to automate reports.
• Must have SQL; Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, produce, and distribute scheduled and ad hoc reports per SLAs.
• Consolidate data from databases, data warehouses, CRM/ERP, and flat files to ensure report integrity.
• Maintain a centralized report inventory with purpose, data sources, refresh frequency, and distribution lists.
• Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure accuracy before publication.
• Monitor data feeds and resolve discrepancies or failed refresh cycles.
