Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a highly analytical Workforce Reporting Analyst to support workforce and operational decision-making through reporting, analytics, and automation. This on-site role in Quezon City focuses on delivering accurate workforce insights, maintaining reporting governance, and driving continuous improvement.

You will develop dashboards, analyze productivity trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years RTA experience; other WFM experience is a plus but not required.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• WFM tools experience is a plus (eWFM, IEX, CMS Avaya, Blue Pumpkin, Aspect).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain workforce performance reports, scorecards, and dashboards.
• Analyze trends related to productivity, SLA, volume, utilization, attendance, and operational performance.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reporting governance.
• Build automated reporting solutions and visualization tools.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support business reviews, governance meetings, and client reporting requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain workforce performance reports, scorecards, and dashboards.
• Analyze trends related to productivity, SLA, volume, utilization, attendance, and operational performance.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reporting governance.
• Build automated reporting solutions and visualization tools.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
