Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Highly organized with strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills to handle staff training and explain system changes clearly.
• Willing to sit for long periods and travel to branches when required.
• Able to work under pressure and endure long hours to meet project deadlines.
