Job summary

A global manufacturer in the Philippines seeks a Talent Acquisition / Talent Optimization professional. This role involves leading Workday implementation and supporting HR systems. Candidates should possess a degree in relevant fields and have 3-5 years of experience, specifically with Workday. Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, supporting HR systems and processes.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience using Workday, including implementation and/or ongoing support.
• Proficient in Workday Advanced Compensation and Talent Optimization modules.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead activities related to Workday Implementation.
• Drive initiatives within Workday Talent Optimization for process improvements.
• Manage and support Workday Advanced Compensation.
