Ecom Kings is a nine-figure DTC health device brand hiring a Creative Strategist to ideate and scale winning concepts for health and wellness products. The role emphasizes avatar-driven research, rapid concept generation across formats, and hands-on briefing of editors and designers.

Remote-first, with direct access to founders, and a system that’s already proven at scale. You’ll drive performance through URA-driven creative testing and iteration in a fast-paced team.

Formación

• 3+ years as a Creative Strategist in DTC
• Proven concepts running at significant daily spend
• Deep understanding of direct response: hooks, leads, mechanisms, CTAs
• Experience briefing across Meta, Applovin, TikTok, or native
• Comfortable working asynchronously in a fast-moving remote team
• You use AI to move faster, not to replace your thinking

Responsabilidades

• Research avatars, pain points, and competitor angles across health and wellness markets
• Generate net-new concepts weekly across UGC, VSL, short-form, advertorial, and static formats
• Brief video editors and designers with enough detail that execution needs zero hand-holding
• Analyze performance data and identify why winners win and losers die
• Iterate fast, kill losers faster, and double down on what scales
