Job summary

Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Workday Learning Analyst to serve as a subject matter expert in Learning domain configurations and optimizations. You will collaborate with HRIS, IT, and vendor teams to ensure data integrity and scalable learning solutions across the enterprise.

You will design, test, and deploy Learning processes, govern system standards, and drive improvements in user experience while supporting audits and governance in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR systems administration and configuration a must.
• 3–5 years of experience with Workday HCM, Learning and Reporting a must.

Responsibilities

• Act as Subject Matter Expert for Learning technology solutions and optimize system functionality.
• Configure and maintain Learning-related business processes and notifications.
• Manage Learner Rules, Recertification Rules, Campaigns, Audiences, and reports.
