Launch Consulting Group in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Workday Product Owner / Functional Lead to support an enterprise-wide Workday Expense implementation. Acting as the client-side functional lead, you will work closely with a leading global consulting and professional services firm to drive a critical project currently in SIT and preparing for UAT, deployment, and a future global rollout.

Qualifications

• Active Workday certification(s) required.
• Workday Expense certification preferred.

• Retail domain experience is a plus.

Our retail client is seeking an experienced Workday Product Owner / Functional Lead to support an enterprise-wide Workday Expense implementation. Acting as the client-side functional lead, this consultant will work closely with a leading global consulting and professional services firm to drive a critical project currently in SIT and preparing for UAT, deployment, and a future global rollout.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client-side Product Owner for the Workday Expense implementation.
• Work closely with a leading Workday implementation partner and act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the implementation team.
• Lead activities across SIT, UAT, go-live, and post-production stabilization.
• Review functional designs, configurations, testing results, and ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Manage backlog prioritization, issue resolution, stakeholder communication, and implementation risks.
• Coordinate with business, technical, QA, and project teams to support delivery and future global deployments.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Workday Expense implementations.
• Experience as a Product Owner, Functional Lead, Business Lead, or Solution Lead.
• Strong knowledge of Workday business processes and functional configuration.
• Experience working with Workday implementation partners.
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, go-live, and stabilization activities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Must Haves

• Active Workday certification(s).
• Workday Financial Management and/or Workday Expense Certification preferred.
• Experience with Oracle Financials integrations.
• Experience working in Agile environments alongside Scrum Masters and technical teams.
• Retail industry experience is a plus.
