Job summary

Acquire Intelligence in the Philippines is seeking a skilled Workday specialist/consultant to join our team. You will lead Workday HCM implementations, configuration, and ongoing admin, while delivering customised HR analytics using Excel and Power BI.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, build reports and dashboards, perform testing, and provide end-user training, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Workday consultant or similar role.
• Hands-on experience in Workday implementation and configuration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the implementation and configuration of Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Learning).
• Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards and analytics within Workday.
• Conduct system testing including unit/integration/UAT to ensure requirements are met.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance of Workday applications and perform periodic updates.
