Job summary

AmSpec Testing Services Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Workday Functional Consultant to configure and support Core HCM with exposure to Benefits, Talent, and Absence.

You will partner with senior consultants and HR stakeholders to resolve tickets, run tests, and build reports to support release readiness. The role requires at least 2 years of Workday experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work onsite in Paranaque City, Philippines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Workday functional experience.
• Core HCM expertise; exposure to Benefits/Talent/Absence a plus.
• Experience with EIBs and release testing.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Willingness to work onsite in Paranaque City.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday HR modules (Core HCM, with exposure to Benefits, Talent).
• Resolve Tier-2 tickets within SLAs; perform data fixes.
• Execute test scripts for semi-annual releases and changes.
• Build and maintain standard and advanced Workday reports.
• Perform routine data audits and mass data loads using EIBs.
• Document configuration decisions, business processes, and SOPs.
• Partner with HR operations and payroll teams to understand requirements.
• Adhere to confidentiality and data privacy policies.
• Participate in project work across discovery, configuration, and testing.
