Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila seeks a Senior Associate Workday Engineer to support Workday HCM implementations across client workstreams in a dynamic, globally connected team. You will analyze requirements, configure modules, and contribute to testing, documentation, and data validation while ensuring client satisfaction.

You will mentor junior colleagues, interpret HR data insights, and help drive HR transformation projects within a consulting context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–8 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Configuring and supporting Workday Human Capital Management solutions across client workstreams.
• Analyzing client requirements and translating them into functional design and system configuration.

• Troubleshooting application issues and coordinating resolution across functional and technical teams.
• Preparing documentation for configurations, testing results, and system changes.

As a Workday Engineer Senior Associate you will support client needs within our Workday Human Capital practice, focusing on Workday HCM consulting services that help organizations improve HR processes, strengthen talent management, and use business applications more effectively. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex situations, manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client connections, mentor junior team members, and apply critical thinking to develop deliverables that support project goals and business objectives. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will use your knowledge of Workday HCM to support implementations, contribute to training and support activities, interpret client feedback, and respond to changing priorities while maintaining a client-focused approach.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 4 to 8 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to Human Capital Management solutions, including Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, or related HR platform credentials
• Demonstrating Workday HCM configuration experience across core modules
• Analyzing client requirements and translating them into system solutions
• Interpreting data to guide recommendations and issue resolution
• Supporting HR transformation projects in consulting environments
