As an Oracle HCM Tech Associate you will support client work within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, helping implement, configure, administer, develop, and support Oracle HCM technology solutions that improve how organizations use business applications. This role focuses on learning the Oracle suite, contributing to project tasks, and building experience across client needs, delivery work, and technical problem solving in a fast‑paced environment. As an Associate you will bring curiosity, adaptability, reliability, and a learning mindset, while taking ownership of assigned work, listening carefully, asking questions, and applying feedback to develop your skills and contribute to the team.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will work within our Oracle technology group, supporting engagement activities that may include gathering information, testing solution functionality, resolving issues, and helping document processes and findings. You will also deepen your understanding of commercial business needs, use a range of sources to interpret data and patterns, and develop professional habits that support your growth and build your personal brand across the Firm.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 1 to 3 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) domains
