PwC Acceleration Center Manila seeks a Senior Associate Workday Engineer to support Workday HCM implementations across client workstreams in a dynamic, globally connected team. You will analyze requirements, configure modules, and contribute to testing, documentation, and data validation while ensuring client satisfaction.

You will mentor junior colleagues, interpret HR data insights, and help drive HR transformation projects within a consulting context.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–8 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

Mansioni

• Configuring and supporting Workday Human Capital Management solutions across client workstreams.
• Analyzing client requirements and translating them into functional design and system configuration.
• Developing and testing Workday solutions for recruiting, talent management, workforce planning, and HR analytics.
• Troubleshooting application issues and coordinating resolution across functional and technical teams.
• Preparing documentation for configurations, testing results, and system changes.
• Supporting data conversion, validation, and reporting activities during implementation and optimization efforts.
• Interpreting workforce metrics and providing insights that inform HR process improvements.
• Guiding junior team members through assigned tasks and reviewing deliverables for accuracy.
• Building client relationships by responding to changing priorities and communicating progress clearly.
