Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking an AES Oracle HCM Talent Management Associate to support Oracle HCM talent management workstreams across client projects. You will analyze requirements, configure Oracle HCM Cloud features for performance, succession, and workforce planning, and contribute to training and user adoption in a fast-paced delivery environment.

The role requires at least a Bachelor's degree, 1–3 years of experience, and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle HCM talent management workstreams across client projects.

• Configure Oracle HCM Cloud talent management features to support performance, succession, and workforce planning needs.
• Assist with data collection, validation, and issue resolution during implementation and support activities.
• Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, and process flows for Oracle HCM deliverables.
• Participate in system testing, defect tracking, and solution refinement across project phases.
• Provide user support and help prepare training materials for Oracle HCM end users.

As an AES Oracle HCM Talent Management Associate you will support Oracle Human Capital consulting work focused on talent management solutions, helping clients align processes, configure application capabilities, and provide training and support for user adoption. As an Associate you will contribute to project tasks, learn through hands-on client exposure, adapt to changing priorities, and build your technical skills while supporting senior team members in a fast-paced environment. In this role at PwC, you will help gather client needs, analyze process details, prepare documentation, assist with testing activities, and contribute to the delivery of Oracle HCM talent management services within our Digital Core Modernisation practice.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• 1 to 3 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Human Capital Management or related Oracle HCM Cloud applications
• Demonstrating coursework or project work in Oracle HCM Talent Management
• Applying knowledge of human capital processes in client support settings
