Cyberbacker Ph is seeking a detail‑oriented Real Estate Transaction Coordinator for our fully remote team. You will oversee all steps from the purchase agreement to closing, coordinate title/escrow, mortgage, and appraisals, and maintain clear communication with clients and agents.

• Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes.
• Coordinate inspections, regularly update and maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender, etc.
• Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance.
• Coordinate moving/possession schedules.
• Schedule, coordinate, and attend the closing process.
• Enter all client information into the client database.
