Job summary

Cyberbacker Inc. is seeking a transaction coordinator to oversee buyer and seller closings from signed agreements to final closing, with a fully remote setup.

You will coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loans, appraisals, inspections, and ongoing client communication, ensuring smooth closings. Training is provided; health care and retirement plans are included; earnings are in USD.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.
• Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes.
• Coordinate inspections, regularly update and maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender, etc.
• Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance.
• Coordinate moving/possession schedules.
• Schedule, coordinate, and attend the closing process.
• Enter all client information into the client database.
