Cyberbacker Careers is seeking a Real Estate Closing Coordinator to oversee buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing. The role requires coordinating title/escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes with clients, agents, title officers, lenders, and other stakeholders.

The position is 100% remote, offering full-time or part-time options, paid training, health care, and a retirement plan.

• Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.
• Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes.
• Coordinate inspections, regularly update and maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender, etc.
• Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance.
• Coordinate moving/possession schedules.
• Schedule, coordinate, and attend the closing process.
• Enter all client information into the client database.
