Cyberbacker Inc. in a 100% remote closing coordinator role seeks an organized professional to oversee buyer and seller transactions from contract to closing, coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan, appraisals, inspections, and keep clients and partners well informed.

You will enter client data, schedule closings, and ensure file compliance, with paid training and in-house support. Earn in dollars with flexible, home-based work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.
• Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes.
• Coordinate inspections, maintain regular communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender, etc.
• Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance.
• Coordinate moving/possession schedules.
• Schedule, coordinate, and attend the closing process.
• Enter all client information into the client database.
