Job summary

Cyberbacker Careers is seeking a diligent remote transactions coordinator to manage buyer and seller closings from contract to record. This role is 100% work-from-home with flexible full-time or part-time options.

You will coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loans, appraisals, inspections, and all resulting communications with clients, agents, title officers, and lenders to ensure smooth closings. Training is provided and in-house support is available.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.
• Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes.
• Coordinate inspections, regularly update and maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender, etc.
• Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance.
• Coordinate moving/possession schedules.
• Schedule, coordinate, and attend the closing process.
• Enter all client information into the client database.
