Job summary

ACCION LABS PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a System Administrator – Wintel + Citrix to manage Windows Server environments, administer Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, and ensure availability, performance and security of enterprise systems.

Responsibilities include AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, patching, virtualization (VMware or Hyper‑V), incident handling, backups, DR, and coordinating with network and security teams. Requires 3–5 years in system administration and a bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/CE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in System Administration or infrastructure support.
• Strong experience in Windows Server Administration and Citrix Administration.
• Hands‑on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience with VMware and/or Microsoft Hyper‑V is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, incident management, change management and problem management.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in fast‑paced environments.
• Willingness to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or on‑call support when required.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Manage and support Citrix infrastructure, including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Workspace, and related components.
• Monitor system performance, availability, capacity, and overall infrastructure health.
• Perform administration and troubleshooting of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Windows services.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, security policies, and system configurations.
• Troubleshoot Windows Server, Citrix, application, connectivity, and performance-related issues.
• Perform regular system maintenance, patch management, upgrades, and vulnerability remediation.
• Support virtualization environments such as VMware or Hyper‑V.
• Monitor and resolve incidents, service requests, and infrastructure alerts within SLA.
