Install, administer, and troubleshoot Windows Servers (2016, 2019, 2022) and related services (AD, DNS, DHCP).
Deploy, configure, and support VMware vSphere environments (ESXi, vCenter, vMotion, HA, DRS).
Manage and maintain storage and backup systems (Dell, EMC, SAN, Dell DPS, Rubrik).
Ensure system security through hardening, scanning, and patching.
Automate tasks using scripting (PowerShell) and troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
Collaborate on system design, implementation, and continuous improvement.
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
At least 3-5 years work experience in System Administration.
Hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst and Aruba appliances.
Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and High Availability.
Advanced troubleshooting skills and ability to produce detailed technical documentation.
Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Must be amenable to work in Tanauan, Batangas.
Amenable to work during holidays/weekends as needed and can work on a shifting schedule.
Open to Project Based Employment; 1-year contract renewable.
