Job summary

Arcadis Consulting Middle East Limited in Manila is seeking an experienced Proposal Coordinator to join the Pursuit and Sales Enablement Team. You will coordinate responses to RFPs, EOIs and RFQs, and ensure compliance with client requirements.

You will edit, format, and produce client-ready proposals using Word, PowerPoint, and InDesign, manage timelines, and support continuous process improvements within the Manila Shared Services Team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years coordinating, scheduling, editing, and producing proposals.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, English, Business or Engineering.
• Excellent English communication and strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposals with Pursuit Teams and Bid Managers.
• Ensure responses meet RFP/EOI requirements and are compliant.
• Lead pursuit process from capture planning to delivery of proposals.
• Support bid meetings, approvals, and action tracking.
• Update and rebrand documents in Word, PowerPoint and InDesign.
• Maintain proposal templates and corporate standard materials.
