Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Proposal Coordinator in Manila to coordinate and manage proposals across the Pursuit and Sales Enablement Team. You will lead capture planning, draft responses, edit and format documents, and ensure timely delivery to clients.

The role requires 2+ years of coordinating proposals, strong English communication, and proficiency in MS Office. You will support template creation, data capture, and process improvements within the Manila team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, English, Business Administration or Engineering related etc.)
• Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating, scheduling, editing, and producing proposals, statement of qualifications, reports, pre-qualifications, or presentations.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop is an advantage.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication, strong computer skills with MS Office Suite (Word and PowerPoint) and InDesign.
• Experience as a Proposal Coordinator is preferable.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to take initiative, work independently or with a team, and manage multiple tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the pursuit process from capture planning, kick-off meetings through production of client responses.
• Develop proposals and respond to RFPs/EOIs/RFQs ensuring compliance with requirements.
• Edit, format, and proofread proposals and capability statements; build templates.
• Create and maintain project experience databases, boilerplate materials, and standard questions.
• Coordinate document production and delivery via PDF and electronic tender sites.
• Support continuous process improvement of the Manila Shared Services Team.
