Job summary

WSP Philippines in Manila seeks a driven Bid/Proposal Coordinator to elevate bidding practices within our Integrated Management System. You will guide teams across Marketing, HR, Commercial and Technical units to craft winning proposals.

Responsibilities include scheduling, document reviews, tailoring content, and coordinating publishing of bids for multiple sectors. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 4–8 years experience in bidding, marketing, communications, or journalism.
• Experience coordinating proposals and expressions of interest.
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications (MS Teams, PowerPoint and Excel).
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Strategic Bids and BD teams to prepare proposal plans and determine win messages.
• Coordinate support from Marketing, HR, Commercial & Technical as needed.
• Manage proposal scheduling and planning to meet deadlines.
• Review technical, financial, and risk aspects of proposal documents.
• Assist multiple business sectors in developing high-quality bid submissions.
• Populate non-technical sections and tailor pre-written content for tenders.
• Coordinate publishing team to design, publish, and submit bids.
• Coach emerging bid professionals in best-practice bid coordination.
