Job summary

Arcadis, Manila, is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join the Pursuit and Sales Enablement Team, coordinating proposals across the business. You will manage the bid process, craft compliant responses to RFPs/EOIs, and maintain proposal templates and boilerplate materials.

The role requires coordination skills, 2+ years of experience in proposals, and a degree in marketing/English/business administration or engineering.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years coordinating, scheduling, editing, and producing proposals or related documents.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Business Administration or Engineering related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop proposals in response to RFPs and EOIs.
• Ensure responses comply with RFP/EOI requirements.
• Coordinate pursuit process from capture planning to delivery of client responses.
• Update and rebrand MS Word, PowerPoint and InDesign documents.
