Job summary

Cyzerg is seeking a proactive Windows Server Engineer to join our Technical Operations team in Clark Freeport, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years hands-on experience implementing and administering Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and related services, with strong VMS and cloud exposure.

Responsibilities include managing server infrastructure across Cyzerg's client base, implementing security controls, backups, and patch management, and contributing to process

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field required.
Microsoft Server certification required (MCSA/MCSE preferred).
5+ years hands-on Windows Server experience including AD, DNS, DHCP, and related services.

Responsibilities

Implement, administer, and troubleshoot Windows servers across Cyzerg customers’ base.
Manage Active Directory objects (users, computers, OUs, sites, printers, groups).
Handle DNS, DHCP, terminal services, and backup services (WSUS, file/storage).
Configure security permissions on shares/NTFS and deploy GPO-based hardening.
Document server architecture and maintain diagrams.
