Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

Around 6 to 15 years of domain experience managing AD, Windows, VMware, Hyper-V
Extensive and hands-on knowledge in all facets of AD-related tasks and activities.
Extensive and hands-on experience on VMware environment
Thorough understanding on creation and modification of GPO policies
Extensive experience in vulnerability management
Experience in monitoring and auditing systems
Ability to deploy, manage, and operate scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems
Experience working in both a private or public cloud environment
Administering a Microsoft Windows 2008 and 2012 R2 active directory domain using standard Microsoft snap-ins such as Active Directory Users and Computers, Domains and Trusts, Sites and Services, Active Directory replication, and others as necessary.
Understanding of FSMO Roles

Microsoft Distributed File System
Microsoft Distributed File System Replication
Microsoft File/Print services
