Job summary

Cornerstone Energy Development, Inc. in Libmanan Camarines Sur is seeking an entry‑level Plant Technician – Wind to help operate wind turbine generators and balance‑of‑plant systems safely and reliably.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, assist troubleshooting, and work with engineers to uphold environmental and safety standards. You will read electrical diagrams and hydraulic schematics, coordinate with contractors, and contribute your growing skills under supervision to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Practitioner preferred but not mandatory.
• 1–3 years of experience in Wind Power Plant.
• Familiarity with high-voltage systems, SCADA, PLCs and industrial maintenance.
• Willingness to work in remote wind farm locations and shifting schedules.
• Valid driver’s license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on wind turbines and balance-of-plant equipment.
• Inspect mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems per OEM standards.
• Assist troubleshooting of WTG faults and accompany OEM contractors.
• Support blade inspections, oil changes, borescope checks, and component replacements.
• Maintain service logs and document fault reports.
