Cornerstone Energy Development, Inc. is seeking an entry level Plant Engineer to oversee wind energy powerplant operations in Libmanan, Camarines Sur.

The role focuses on maintenance, reliability, and troubleshooting of wind turbine generators and balance-of-plant systems, in collaboration with technicians and OEMs. Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, 3–5 years of relevant power plant experience (entry level), and licensure.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and valid professional licensure.
• Training or certifications related to wind turbine systems are preferred.
• Experience coordinating with OEMs or contractors is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee maintenance of WTGs, substations, and BOP equipment.
• Provide technical guidance on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Review maintenance plans, checklists, and service procedures.
• Support condition monitoring and recommend predictive actions.
