Responsibilities

• Help initiate and monitor new customer creations/amendments.
• Assist in raising Sales Orders and ensure orders are dispatched and received correctly.
• Support with returns management according to agreed conditions.
• Help create weekly/monthly/ad hoc reports to monitor performance.
• Collect, investigate, and resolve incidents for wholesale customers.
