Responsibilities

• Help initiate and monitor new customer creations/amendments.
• Assist in raising Sales Orders and ensure orders are dispatched and received correctly.
• Support with returns management according to agreed conditions.
• Help create weekly/monthly/ad hoc reports to monitor performance.
• Collect, investigate, and resolve incidents for wholesale customers.

The Project

Supporting the Customer Service team in ensuring the highest quality standard for our customers in Spain and Portugal, supporting their wholesale business through effective and efficient processes and helping them to achieve their sales goals and objectives.

Responsabilities

• Customer Master Data: Helping with initiating and monitoring new customer creations/amendments according to Sales instructions.
• Order Management: Helping with raising Sales Orders as well as ensuring and monitoring that orders are dispached and received correctly and integrated in SAP.
• Returns Management: Assisting when making sure that return orders for faulty or commercial reason are raised according to agreed conditions
• Reporting: Supporting with the creation of weekly/monthly/ad hoc reports to monitor performance in order to identify trends and deviations
• Claims Management: Helping with collecting, investigating and resolving incidences, as the main contact for wholesale customers

Job competences

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Advanced level of English (B2).
• Good level of Excel.
