Nezda Technologies, Inc. in Alabang is seeking an experienced Outpatient Medical Coder with hospital-based outpatient coding experience, including Pro-Fee and E&M coding.

Work is onsite at Alabang Corporate Center with a salary package up to 75,000 PHP per month, plus a 50,000 signing bonus. Training includes night shifts (7:00 PM–4:00 AM) then permanent day shifts.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of outpatient medical coding experience (1 year exp may be considered).
• Strong hospital-based outpatient coding experience in Pro-Fee / E&M, SDS, ED, OBS, or Outpatient Facility Coding.
• Active certification such as CPC, CCS or COC.
• Must reside in the South area (Alabang, Las Piñas, Parañaque) for a reasonable commute to the worksite.
• Willing to work onsite and follow the required training schedule.
• Can start ASAP.

JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for experienced Outpatient Medical Coders with strong hospital-based outpatient coding experience to join our growing team. Candidates with hands‑on experience in Professional Fee (Pro‑Fee) and Evaluation & Management (E&M) coding are highly preferred. QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 3 years of Outpatient Medical Coding experience (1 yr expi may be considered, last stretch)
• Strong hospital-based outpatient coding experience in one of the following areas:
  • Professional Fee (Pro-Fee) / E&M Coding – highly preferred
  • Same-Day Surgery (SDS)
  • Emergency Department (ED)
  • Observation (OBS)
  • Outpatient Facility Coding
• Must hold an active certification such as CPC, CCS or COC
• Must be residing in the South area such as Alabang, Las Piñas, Parañaque or nearby locations for a reasonable commute to the worksite
• Willing to work onsite and follow the required training schedule
• Can start ASAP

Important: Candidates with Risk Adjustment coding experience only will not be considered. This position requires relevant outpatient coding experience.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Salary package of up to 75,000 per month depending on previous salary
• 50,000 signing bonus
• 15% night differential during training
• Permanent day shift after training

Shift Schedule:

• During Training: Night shift, approximately 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
• After Training: Day shift, approximately 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
