Candidates should have at least 3 years of WFM experience, preferably in a BPO environment, and be proficient in MS Excel. Qualifications

• Proven background in forecasting, scheduling, capacity planning, and reporting.
• Must be ready to start immediately and be flexible with shifting schedules.

Responsabilités

• Develop forecasting and staffing models to ensure optimal headcount and operational efficiency.
• Provide planning oversight for specific business units, balancing volume against available resources.
• Partner with business leaders to anticipate staffing needs based on upcoming projects.
• Generate volume projections for contact centers and back-office departments.
• Regularly evaluate key drivers and recommend data-driven adjustments.
