Job summary

The role requires 12 months of scheduling experience, a BS in Math, Accountancy, or CS, and strong Excel skills. You will work onsite with shifting schedules, collaborating with operations and HR to align staffing with training and recruitment.

Qualifications

• 12 months of scheduling/workforce management experience in BPO.
• Bachelor of Science in Math, Accountancy, or CS.
• Able to start ASAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with scheduling software and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine dynamic scheduling processes to maximize efficiency.
• Assess staffing needs and forecast scheduling requirements.
