TASQ in Makati is seeking a dedicated Scheduling Specialist to optimize shift rosters in a fast-paced BPO environment. This onsite night-shift role focuses on data-driven planning and real-time adjustment to meet staffing needs.

You will collaborate with operations and HR to align schedules with recruitment and training plans, produce insightful reports, and drive productivity improvements. The ideal candidate has at least 12 months of scheduling or workforce management experience, strong Excel

• At least 12 months of proven experience in scheduling or workforce management in the BPO sector.
• Must be amenable to start ASAP.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Highly proficient in scheduling software and Microsoft Excel to streamline processes.
• Expertise in juggling multiple priorities efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
