Job summary

Tasq Work in Makati is seeking a Scheduling Specialist to optimize workforce deployment for our BPO operations. This onsite, night-shift role focuses on building and refining dynamic scheduling processes to boost productivity.

You will forecast staffing needs, collaborate with Operations and HR to align recruitment and training plans, and monitor schedules in real time while producing reports on utilization and performance.

Qualifications

• 12+ months of proven scheduling or workforce management experience in the BPO sector.
• Available to start ASAP.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in scheduling software and Microsoft Excel.
• Able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine dynamic scheduling processes that maximize workforce efficiency and boost productivity.
• Assess staffing demands and predict upcoming scheduling needs to stay ahead.
• Work closely with operations and HR teams to ensure schedules align with recruitment and training plans.
• Proactively monitor and adapt schedules in real-time to handle changes and resource challenges.
• Produce insightful reports on scheduling performance, workforce utilization, and key metrics.
• Suggest innovative strategies to continuously improve scheduling effectiveness and elevate service quality.
