Job summary

Wipro Limited in Cebu City is seeking a capacity planning and MIS professional to manage headcount, capacity forecasts, and periodic reporting for assigned accounts. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize hiring and resource movements while guiding a small team.

Ideal candidates hold a Math or Science degree with 3–5 years of RTA/MIS experience, strong MS Excel skills, and a proactive, analytical mindset.

Qualifications

• Degree in Math or Sciences is preferred.
• Experience with MIS/RTA is advantageous.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills are required.
• Good understanding of service procedures and processes.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain headcount and capacity planners for assigned processes.
• Prepare forecasts for volume, productivity and shrinkages.
• Prepare monthly reports for individual accounts.
• Validate production and non-production hiring and internal movements.
• Analyze scheduling outputs and recommend changes when needed.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on capacity planning and hiring.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on resource planning and movements.
• Supervise and train team members performing tasks.
