Job summary

Wipro Philippines Inc. is seeking a WFM/MIS Lead who will turn data into business impact by driving capacity planning, forecasting, and scheduling decisions. You will develop headcount and capacity plans, produce detailed reports, and present insights to stakeholders using Excel, VBA, and Power BI.

The role emphasizes strong analytics, proactive problem solving, and the ability to coach a team while delivering executive-ready dashboards and insights.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in WFM or 5 years in an RTA role.
• Strong Excel skills with advanced formulas and pivoting.
• Experience building dashboards with Power BI.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• People leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Produce daily, month-end, and quarter-end reports and executive-ready PPTs.
• Build and maintain headcount and capacity planners for assigned processes.
• Develop forecasts for volume, productivity, shrinkage, and staffing needs.
• Prepare monthly performance reports for individual accounts and stakeholders.
• Validate production/non-production hiring and internal movements to ensure accuracy in headcount tracking.
• Review scheduling outputs, identify gaps, and recommend adjustments to optimize utilization.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders on capacity planning and hiring requirements.
• Create and enhance dashboards using Excel, VBA, and Power BI to highlight trends and opportunities.
