BruntWork in the Philippines is seeking a dynamic B2B Cold Caller & Appointment Setter to drive outbound growth and fill the sales pipeline. You will perform high-volume cold calls, qualify prospects, and book qualified sales consultations directly onto calendars.

The role requires proven outbound calling experience, strong listening skills, and a professional phone presence to build trust. You will maintain CRM records and collaborate with the client to refine scripts and targeting.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all call activity and lead status within the CRM (Units).
• Confirm prospect interest and ensure smooth handoff to the client for closing.
• Meet daily call volume targets and weekly appointment-setting goals.
• Collaborate with the client to refine scripts and targeting as needed.

Job Overview:

Are you a persuasive communicator with a proven track record of turning cold outreach into qualified sales appointments?

Our client is seeking a dynamic B2B Cold Caller & Appointment Setterto drive outbound growth and keep their sales pipeline full. In this role, you will execute high-volume cold calling, qualify prospective clients against key criteria, and seamlessly book sales consultations directly onto team calendars. Success requires proven outbound cold calling experience, exceptional active listening, and a clear, professional phone presence that immediately builds trust. If you excel at overcoming objections and maintaining meticulous CRM records, we want to hear from you.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients using provided lead lists
• Qualify prospects by following a structured script and verifying key business information
• Book qualified appointments directly onto the client's calendar for sales consultations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all call activity and lead status within the CRM (Units)
• Confirm prospect interest and ensure smooth handoff to the client for closing
• Meet daily call volume targets and weekly appointment-setting goals
• Operate within the client's custom-built CRM (Units) with a built-in dialer
• Collaborate with the client to refine scripts and targeting as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience in outbound cold calling and appointment setting
• Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone presence
• Ability to handle objections and navigate gatekeepers effectively
• High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working within a CRM to log calls, update lead statuses, and schedule appointments
